Well, seeing as how the wrong palette was sent to me and I have yet to hear back from customer service, I'll include my review here. Firstly, it shouldn't take 10-days to receive 2 items- 1 being incorrect anyway. However, that's what happened to me. When will I receive this actual palette that I ordered?
