It does what it says. I usually would add a powder after applying my liquid foundation but that's not needed with Yummy Skin Blurring Balm. I apply the shade Universal which has no colour & apply shade 8 in Blurring Balm mascara and out the door. Makes skin look like skin, no heavy feeling.
