This was terrible. It took so many layers to get any pigment, and it hurt my eyes with how many swipes it took to get it to look like I had any liner on. The pigment is nice once you can get it to work. I can’t get it anywhere near my waterline on the top or bottom because it immediately disappears or doesn’t even apply. I absolutely hate this and will never be purchasing again. I wanted a nice metallic liner, and this is not worth it at all.
