I don't know if the eyeliner I received is old or dried out, but the eyeliner did not go on smoothly and felt like i had to really tug it across lash line to get any impact and is a pretty hard eyeliner. Beautiful color but also much color payoff is a lot less than I anticipated based on pictures.

This eyeliner is soooo pretty! My friend said the lilac one looks like if moonstone was makeup. Lol I wear it on my waterline and it adds the perfect gorgeous pop of color. It lasts forever though! I can't use oil based makeup remover because of my eyelash extensions, and this stuff will be on my eyes 3 days later. Its amazing though. Definitely recommend.
