I've been a makeup artist for about eight years and have never used anything like it. Infinite chrome flakes is a water based product so it goes on very wet and you do not need a mixing medium for it and it also sets on its own. I would recommend you apply it with keeping your lid closed so it can dry evenly and will not transfer. Keep in mind that it is water based so you must keep it covered properly. You can swipe it over your lid for a slight glitter effect or tap for a full blinding effect on the eyes. It's literally a party on your lids!

If you like sparkle - a little OR a lot these little pots of magic are just that. MAGIC! Tap it on with your finger over top of a complimentary shadow base OR over the top of black shadow to REALLY make it sing. The gel base means there is no mess.
