Illuminating Veil

This product at DMB is wonderful but buyer beware about customer service. If you have any problem with the product, as I did, you will be stuck in an endless nightmare of conversations to prove their error. My bottle wouldn’t pump the product and I reached out asking for a replacement cap. I’ve pumped about 100 times and it just doesn’t come out. After several emails explaining the same thing, they reply with a long list of things I need to send and photograph. Not clear that was going to result in getting a stupid cap for the bottle. That’s a lot of time and effort over a 10$ item I got on sale. In my case, I just threw the defective item in the trash and replaced with something similar from Fenty Beauty. Disappointing because these are good products and I really wanted to like this company.

A lot goes a long way and gives a beautiful glow under foundation.

Unable to use, product mailed without the tubing needed for the pump. Contacted customer service absolutely no response or acknowledgment. I love the products, if I purchase again it will be from third party retailers- such as Sephora or Morphe. I would prefer to deal directly with Danessa Myricks - but I have to go where my money, and concerns are acknowledged. Prefer to buy Black, but I will go where my green is respected.

Perfect for just a touch of color when you don’t want to use foundation this gives you a beautiful glow!
