How To Use It

Bought my first product, Twin Flames in Mystic Fire. Love the concept and the idea. Packaging great. Price point - fine. Color great. After application and sitting on my eye for over and hour, the color smudges/moves. It did not lock into place. I applied a setting spray to see if that helps. That is the only "con" I have,
